Mona believes that food brings people together. Mona is always creating beautiful food to share with her friends and family. From a large barbeque for a soccer team to an intimate dinner with a few friends, Mona knows how to pull it off. And she enjoys herself while doing it.
After spending over 15 years in healthcare administration, Mona decided to pursue her passion and enrolled in the SAIT Baking and Pastry Arts program. Two-years later, Mona had a Certificate in Baking and Pastry Arts to go along with her two Masters degrees. After a short internship in a Michelin-Starred restaurant in Provence, then developing the dessert menu for a new deli and teaching weekly cooking classes at a local cookware store, Mona started Mona’s Table.
Whether it is learning how to make that perfect loaf of bread, creating a fun evening for you and friends as you prepare and enjoy a gourmet meal, or planning that perfect dinner party, Mona’s Table is here to help. Mona shares her experience to support you in becoming the best cook, baker and host you can be…and she always makes sure you have a lot of fun along way!
When she is not in her kitchen, Mona is watching her son play soccer (and bringing baking for the parents to enjoy in the stands) or traveling with her husband and experiencing as many new restaurants and foods as possible.
